Timm Bennett heads the team at Ice Magic.  For over 20 years Timm  has been producing works of art in ice in Southern California.  His Ice Sculptures have been shipped nationwide. and have received world acclaim of his peers.   Originally trained as a chef at the prestigous Culinary Institute of America,  Timm worked in the restaurant industry for a number of years.  He understands the needs of resort venues to provide unique food and liquor displays which leave a memorable impression on guests.  He is also able to create virtually any corporate logo as well as create a wedding main feature and centerpieces that turn heads.  What makes Ice Magic different is the relationship it formed with Arctic Glacier Premium Ice Company , Ice Magic's long time supplier of raw ice blocks from which all ice sculptures are carved.
